Establishing trust with an identity refresh
Challenge
No more keys or servers, Yellowbox is an easy-to-install, wireless smart locker system that users can seamlessly access and manage through an app. The Australian tech start-up approached me for an identity refresh after repositioning its brand a B2B product. They were after something that would establish Yellowbox as a credible and premium option for procurement managers at smart workspaces.
Solution
I created a visual system based on their new strategic pillars – smart, simple and premium.
The logo is smart with a mathematically balanced icon that reveals a distinct and memorable “Y”. Rounded edges of the wordmark mimic the shape of lockers while updated colours and kerning improve visual accessibility.
The website interface design is simple and user-friendly. Solid shapes, photography, dynamic UI, and neutral typography work together to showcase quality while unlocking an understanding of Yellowbox.
From the cool tones of smart workspaces to authentic user interaction photography, each element was designed to attract the audience to choose a premium solution. Yellowbox can be trusted to simplify complex processes, keep belongings safe and make life easier for everyone.
